Si sono svolti nella nottata i Game Awards 2014, un appuntamento importantissimo per i fan del settore.
Durante questi “Oscar del videogioco” non solo vengono premiati i titoli migliori, ma vengono mostrati anche i giochi della prossima stagione in anteprima. La giuria è composta da esperti del settore provenienti da 28 testate differenti e i giochi presi in esame sono quelli usciti entro il 25 novembre.
Il 2015 è dunque alle porte e prima di accoglierlo, vediamo come sono stati accolti i racing game quest’anno.
Dando uno sguardo alla lista dei vincitori è chiaro che il 2014 è l’anno di Nintendo, con ben quattro premi portati a casa: la compagnia di Kyoto si è aggiudicata diverse statuette, tra cui Miglior gioco di lotta (con Super Smash Bros. Wii U), Miglior sviluppatore, Miglior gioco per famiglie e Miglior racing game con Mario Kart 8.
Quel che sorprende è quindi che Mario Kart 8 sia riuscito a battere titoli come Trials Fusion, Forza Horizon 2 e persino FIFA 2015 che era nella stessa categoria (ampliata ad un generico “Sports”).
Tra i giochi che abbiamo trattato qui su Panoramauto, vi segnaliamo che Far Cry 4 si è portato a casa la statuetta per il Miglior sparatutto, mentre GTA 5 ha vinto il premio come Miglior conversione HD.
